Happy Bunnies

As we return from the Easter break, the Easter bunny bounds across the meadow and we check our waistlines after a mountain of chocolate, we would like to share with you just some of the projects that we are proud to have assisted our clients with during the first quarter of 2015.

Paperless Office
It’s a dream for some, but a reality for one of our clients this month.  I know from experience that paperwork and files can mount up in certain industries, until one day you realise that you have 150 storage boxes full of files…..  Oh Joy! ChameleonPA provided a document scanning service and computerised recording of several hundred client files this month for its client.  The data has been processed and reduced to a data stick; a third party contracted to collect, destroy and provide a Certificate of Destruction to our client. 

All of this …. Reduced to this.  Wouldn’t that make you smile too? Happy Bunny.


Presentation Skills
For those who regularly network, sometimes the dreaded 60 second elevator pitch can bring terror and indigestion to what would have otherwise been a beautiful full English breakfast. ChameleonPA has hosted several events for Steve Adams, www.steveadamspresents.com , both the free 2 hour presentation skills workshop, together with the full day workshop.  The workshops are aimed at anyone who has to present information to an audience and wants to deliver their message clearly, confidently and effectively. It covers the key aspects of public speaking, and provides an introduction to the effective use of PowerPoint.

Take a look at Steve’s website for further information and to book onto any of the events held at our offices in April and May.  For those who have already attended Steve’s courses – they now bound into breakfast meetings, without the butterflies.

Paper Mailing
Yes, we’ve all gone digital, but sometimes it’s nice to be touchy feely and receive a letter, especially if it’s offering you a fabulous corporate discount.  Given that companies don’t receive as much post as they used to, our mailing on behalf of our client to over 200 companies will most definitely receive attention.  How easy to just send over your data list, a draft of your letter and let ChameleonPA take care of the rest.  That’s definitely at chocci bunny moment.

The Hostess with the Mostest
We welcomed guests on behalf of our clients this month for business and training meetings; providing media equipment, refreshments, lunch and a break out area in our beautifully appointed offices.  Whether wishing to utilise our registered office service, or just hire our facilities from time to time, we provide a professional, welcoming reception to help enhance your offering to your clients.

Data Cleanse
So, you have your own staff, you are a well-established company, and you are about to roll out a new product, website and refresh your brand.  Our client approached us with this scenario, seeing it as an ideal opportunity to carry out a data cleanse process and to identify those clients for whom their new product would most suit.

Our client wanted to present to its clients their new refreshed brand.  So, a paper mailing was issued in association with the web designer and printer, bearing the fresh new look, together with an introduction to the new product and website.  ChameleonPA prepared and issued the mailing; received scanned, postal and telephone updates from the client recipients and updated the CRM cloud based system on behalf of its client.  Happy Bunnies.

Telephone Call Minding
This quarter, our clients have relaxed in Australia and Thailand while their calls have been professionally answered and collated in chilly England.  ChameleonPA has welcomed many new call minding clients and we have been proud to have been an integral part of our clients’ management of their day to day calls and new business enquiries.  Some of our clients provide confidential services, for whom we handle highly sensitive and confidential calls in a professional manner. 

And yes ….. we are gate-keepers too!  So those naughty claims handling companies won’t be clogging up your day if you haven’t had an accident; you didn’t take out PPI; you weren’t planning on switching utilities and you are perfectly happy with your current phone provider!



Following a European telemarketing campaign on  behalf of our client, we  are thrilled to hear that they are currently in Europe attending a number of appointments with buyers across Europe and are securing orders for export as we speak. Happy Bunnies!
